Hi Everyone!
It has been many years since I have sent you a Christmas greeting.  I have very much enjoyed all of your cards and letters.

After 12 years of being alone, God has blessed me with a wonderful husband.  Jimmie and I  were married, March 28 of this year, so instead of being alone in my old age, I am now a newlywed!
Jimmie is from Kingman, Arizona but lovingly consented to leave his life there and move to Kirkland when he realized that I had to stay here because I'm Lisa's legal guardian and advocate.  He has been such a help to me and Lisa loves to have him in her life too.

Jimmie is a 22 year retired, special forces captain.  After retiring from the army he was an undercover narcotics officer for 10 years.

We spent our honeymoon in Las Vegas and in Kingman where we built bunks at the men's mission where Jimmie  taught life skills classes to the homeless.

We are now very happy at home, enjoying the children, grandchildren, our dogs, Baxter (dalmation-hound) and Buddy (chihuahua), and our 3 chickens. We had a great vacation this Fall at Yellowstone in our motorhome.  I am now semi- retired but am teaching a few students who decided that they will still come for piano lessons whenever I am home.  How could I say no.  The kids keep me young!  I have always enjoyed teaching.

We feel VERY blessed and I, especially so, when I think of all of you who have held such a special place in my life. We wish you all many blessings, good health, much happiness and great joy as we celebrate the birth of our Lord, Jesus Christ, this Christmas season.  If you are ever in this area, please come and see us.  In the meantime, if you wish, you can visit our website to see our pictures.

Much love and best wishes always,
Jimmie and Diane
